By accessing and using CommitDaily ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CommitDaily for personal, non-commercial accountability and group activities. You agree not to:

• Modify or copy the App or its content
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Transfer your license to any other person
• Post content that is harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, journal entries, and text you post ("User Content"). By posting content to CommitDaily, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for accountability and group purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to share any User Content you post, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening
• Violates anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Is sexually explicit or contains inappropriate material
• Promotes illegal activity or violence
• Is spam, advertising, or misleading

6. Device Permissions

CommitDaily requests camera and photo library access to allow you to upload photos as daily posts. These permissions are only used when you explicitly choose to take or select a photo. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of CommitDaily is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CommitDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or use arising from your use of CommitDaily.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to CommitDaily at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
